This has been on the Waterloo Road pedestrian walk way for at least a year - I've spotted it before, but only just got around to snapping it today on my way back from town (needed retail therapy to recover from three days of NaMu!).

Thanks Luciana - tofu is lovely, but you have to make sure you add lots of flavour to it, otherwise it can be a bit bland. Personally I like smoked tofu best. :)
