Christa has decided that February's theme should be 'hard' - stop sniggering at the back there! I completely failed to stick to the theme last month - will I do better in Feb?
This is a shot of my lovely Lemon Polenta Cake, made for Katy's 'Zombie-hygge' evening. 'Hard' because it involved me following a recipe...which I always find a challenge. The cake also doubles up as my first 'Thing-A-Day' contribution.
