I find trying out new recipes fairly stimulating. This is Massaman Curry from the cookbook Ceri has lent me. Yummy. :)

For this month's theme, Christa suggests 'stimulated'. Hmmm - well, I can't say I find my stairs particularly 'stimulating' (apart from falling down them twice - on both occasions I was carrying a full laundry basket), but perhaps this particular angle is...from an aesthetic point of view, that is.
