Happy Independence Day Christa!

Today I received my first organic veg box. I was soooo excited! I got:

- new potatoes

- carrots

- onions

- cabbage

- mushrooms

- wet garlic

Have been turning it into delicious meals all day. Can't wait to see what I get next week!
